This Contract shall be governed under the laws of the State of South Dakota in the United States.īy signing below, I hereby agree to the terms and conditions listed in this document.Įvent Planner Contract is a legal document between the Client and the Planner wherein the Planner was hired for event planning services for an upcoming event. This Contract can only be changed or modified by the parties involved with written permission or agreement from both. This Contract is confidential and only the Client and the Planner can view it unless the other parties have written permission. The Planner warrants that all services and deliverables are free from any defect or irresponsibilities. The Planner will be responsible for the accommodation and meals for the event. The Client agrees to follow the rules, regulations, and policies of the location and the premises.
If it was canceled in less than 24 days, only 50% will be refunded. If there is any cancellation, 80% of the remaining balance will be refunded provided that the Client cancels it 25 days before the event. The Planner will be responsible for event promotion, marketing, and advertising. The Client will pay $ 5,000.00 for the reservation, events, and other services that will be provided at the event.Īn initial deposit of $ 500.00 will be required and the remaining balance will be paid before or after the event. This Contract term will start from Tuesday, Januuntil Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
